What does it cost to start?

How fast can I launch my direct-to-fan store?

Most artists go live in under 10 minutes—pick a template, add your music or products, and connect payouts. No code required.

Do I keep my fan data and content?

Yes. 100%. Your email list, phone numbers, purchase history, and content are yours. Export anytime.

What fees does HITMKR charge?

Free plan: platform fee per transaction (20%). Paid plans: zero fees + more features. No hidden setup fees and you can cancel anytime. Stripe charges a payment processing fee - 2.9% + 30cents and paid directly to Stripe.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Use a custom domain (e.g., yourname.com) or a free HITMKR domain. We’ll guide you through DNS so it’s quick and painless.

How do payouts work?

Connect your bank via Stripe. Sales are paid out on Stripe’s standard schedule. You can track revenue and pending payouts in your dashboard.

Can I sell tickets, merch, and digital products together?

Yep. One storefront, one checkout. Sell tickets, music, bundles, merch, and digital downloads side-by-side.

Can I import my audience from Mailchimp, Bandcamp, Shopify, or Linktree?

Yes—import CSVs for email/SMS lists and products. Our tools can help you migrate so you don’t start from zero.

Do you support international fans and currencies?

We support global payments through Stripe, major cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay, and multiple currencies (subject to Stripe availability).

How does email & SMS marketing work?

Built-in broadcasts and automations. Capture emails/phone numbers at checkout and from links in bio. No separate tools required.

What’s your refund/chargeback policy for ticketing and digital sales?

You control your refund policy. We provide tools for issuing refunds and handling disputes through Stripe.

Is my store secure and compliant?

Yes. Payments run through Stripe (PCI-compliant). We provide GDPR/CCPA controls and subscription opt-in tools for email/SMS.
